Moccamaster OEM Services

A lean service structure for buyers who already know the category and need fast, precise answers on validation, compliance and launch readiness.

01

Engineering Intake & Feasibility

We begin with voltage, brew capacity, target retail price, certification market and forecast volume. The engineering team maps the requested brewer architecture against available heating plates, pump options, carafe systems, food-contact materials and control-board platforms. Instead of promising a generic sample, Moccamaster sends a feasibility memo covering thermal curve risk, tooling impact, packaging implications and expected compliance path. This helps importers decide whether to adapt an existing platform or reserve budget for a custom variant.

02

Prototype Build & Lab Validation

Prototype work covers thermal stability, pump flow, shutoff logic, leakage checks, standby power and user handling. A small-batch pilot can be built for internal evaluation, trade-show samples or retailer review. Our lab records brew-bed temperature range, carafe retention, repeated cycle behavior and packaging drop observations in a format your QA team can review. Any issue is logged with part-level root cause, not only a pass/fail note, so the next sample loop moves with evidence rather than opinion.

03

Compliance Documentation

For global buyers, the product is only ready when the file is ready. We prepare documentation folders for CE, UL or ETL pathways, RoHS and REACH material checks, GS-oriented safety references, user manual localization and carton labeling. The exact claim set depends on your destination market and selected SKU, so we avoid unverified energy or warranty statements. The goal is to give distributors a defensible file for internal onboarding, marketplace listing review and customs questions before the first purchase order ships.

04

Packaging, Launch & After-Sales Readiness

Packaging support includes dieline review, color matching, barcode positioning, warning labels, multilingual inserts and pallet loading. After-sales readiness includes spare heating modules, gasket sets, switch assemblies, pump references and service notes that prevent small field issues from becoming costly returns. For e-commerce accounts, we can align packaging with FBA and parcel-drop requirements. For specialty retail, we can prepare demo-unit instructions, replacement part logic and launch materials for store teams.
